Jeannette Catsoulis
Jeannette Catsoulis
A Scottish expat who believes most problems can be solved by a single malt and a Swedish masseur, Jeannette’s film career was kickstarted when an arts editor discovered she was the only person at his dinner table who knew who Ed Wood was.

Fighting her Protestant work ethic, she languished in school in Aberdeen and Glasgow until her desperate parents filled out a job application without telling her. Forced to earn a living, Jeannette taught library management in Glasgow, architectural research in London and critical thinking in Vegas before marrying her stalker and moving to D.C. When not picketing the White House and harassing Humvee owners, she can be found writing for The New York Times, indieWIRE, Reverse Shot and Las Vegas CityLife.
